This is how we make pellet snacks
Pellet snacks are ideal if you are looking for crunchy, small snacks in specific flavours. These snacks are made from semi-finished products, or pellets.
The snacks can be made from different raw materials. For the sake of the environment and to meet growing market demand, we only make snacks based on pulses: from chickpeas to beans.
Pellet-based snacks get their final shape and structure by baking, frying or puffing.

Whether you are looking for a crispy, crunchy or light mouthfeel, it is important to determine this in advance as the ingredients used in the pellet and the extrusion methods will influence this.

The main ingredient of the pellet influences the final benefits and functionality of the snack. We choose high-quality legume flour for optimal taste, texture and nutrition.

From squares to rounds and triangles, most bite-sized classic shapes are available with a variety of customisable textures and shapes.

There are 3 different ways to extrude a pellet, namely frying, baking or air-popping. The choice of technique depends on mouth feel, flavour and desired fat content.

The finished snacks are seasoned with a mix of spices and herbs so that every bite is bursting with flavour.

The best basic ingredients
Our pellets are made from legumes. This makes them healthier than traditional (potato) snacks and plant-based. Combine them with the tastiest flavours to create the most unique snacks.
Cost-efficient market access
Pellets can be stored and processed anywhere in the world. This often saves time and costs. This also makes it an ideal product for startups and smaller brands.
Endless possibilities
Pellets can be prepared in many ways, opening up endless possibilities in terms of taste and texture. Ideal for standing out in an ever-changing market.
